Identified Flying Objects

IFOs (Identified Flying Objects) have nothing to do with UFOs (Unidentified Flying Objects). My definition of an IFO: A disc shaped aerospace VTOL craft made by humans. It should have these flight characteristics: Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL), hovering, and flight in any direction.

Most IFOs build so far have poor flight characteristics, but note that most were build a long time ago, before the computer age and all. Today's technologies can even make a cube fly like a fairy...

Chemical rocket engines, that repel on onboard-mas, will never bring us far into space. To fly more efficient than traditional aircraft and rockets, new propulsion techniques need to be invented first, and therefore a better understanding of elementary things like: energy, space, mass, gravity, and maybe even; psychology.

Bladless jet engine design
Normal engines are: heavy, complex, and very expensive. This jet engine is: light, simple, and cheap. Normal engines are hard to fit in a coanda effect flying disc, while this type fits in just fine.
